The Kent Chapter of Weston A Price Foundation, are proud to present an event to inspire and educate people about traditional foods and their healing qualities. It’s an opportunity for people to learn about real foods and why animal fats are essential for good health. We have four fantastic speakers:

Sally Fallon, founder of the Weston A Price Foundation (via video link) will introduce the principles of traditional foods and the benefits of animal fats.

Sam Feltham, founder of the Public Health Collaboration gives a critique of current health guidelines.

Robert Brown, Chair of the McCarrison Society will talk about the beneficial qualities of animals fats with especial regard to modern processing techniques.

Jessica Taylor, Nutritional therapist focuses on the healing principles of the GAPS diet, that gives a damaged digestive system a chance to heal.

The venue is just across the road from Borough Market the largest and best artisan/real food market in the UK. After the talks there is an opportunity to share in a networking lunch at a local restaurant and/or go to explore the stalls.
