Fourth Annual European Conference of the Weston A. Price Foundation

Dear Friends!

The fourth Annual European Conference of the Weston A. Price Foundation, which campaigns for wise traditions in food, farming and the healing arts has been announced!

Venue: Esher, near London, 8-9 February 2014.

Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride will be speaking for the fourth year in a row. She will present her classic GAPS talk Saturday and a new talk on immunity on Sunday to mention one element of a packed programme.

Fermented food workshops: The event also has three cutting edge fermented food workshops from Maria Tarantino. Her workshop at our 2012 conference was covered by BBC Radio 4's "The Food Programme". There is also a cooking demonstration for cooking with offal. These are limited supply and we have already sold a quarter of the workshop tickets just under 3 months from the event, so book early to secure your place.

WAPF / GAPS Cafe: Our new venue, Sandown Racecourse is our best yet and will be our new home for future years. As well as having a larger, dedicated exhibition hall, we have a 500sqm cafe area with GAPS catered for by Viktoria's Kitchen, co-run by Sonia Donduro from, the artisan fermented food producers. For once, a place where GAPS people can relax and eat out without concern! Click here for the menus.

Promotion request: We hope that you can help promote this event through your practice, sending an email newsletter before and after Christmas to let people know about this fabulous opportunity. The venue has capacity for a thousand but we will only achieve that with your support, and this is our opportunity to get GAPS and WAPF on the map. Please also respond to this email if you want flyers to hand out in mail orders or to leave in your reception for clients. Just let us know how many you want and the address to send them to. Scroll down for images of the flyers, attached to this email, and no quantity is too much.

Seeking speakers: We have a number of GAPS Practitioners speaking at the next conference. These include Philip Weeks and Geoffrey Montague Smith. Others have promoted events on our Meetup Groups. We want to hear from you if you feel you have something to contribute to future conference and are looking for speakers and workshop providers in 2015.
