GAPS Practitioner Training USA October 2016
Dear Prospective GAPS Practitioner,
Thank you for your interest in the Certified GAPS Practitioner Training. As with previous years, you must be a medical or holistic practitioner in ACTIVE practice to be qualified to attend a GAPS Practitioner Training. Should you be approved (each application is carefully reviewed), you will be required to attend one of the workshop locations (see below) for the full two days (8:00am-5:00pm) in order to be certified as a Certified GAPS Practitioner. You cannot take this training online. This is a live, in-person, video-based training with delicious GAPS lunches and snacks served each day.

Please complete and return these official documents (both must be submitted to process your application successfully) to reserve your approved spot.
Space is very limited! We opened registration to the priority wait list 2 weeks ago and seats are filling up quickly, so don't hesitate to complete and submit your application and refund/withdrawal policy as soon as possible.
Tuition is $1,175 (50% due at time of enrollment. Remaining 50% due at training deadline listed on the Refund/Withdrawal Policy).
